HOMELINK's patient placement process is designed to make your life easier; you make one phone call to 1-877-726-2204, and our Patient Care Coordinators do the rest. There is never a charge for referral sources using HOMELINK services. Here's how HOMELINK works for you:
HOMELINK will bill SAMBA for all equipment and services based on our contracted rates. We will then wait to receive a copy of your Explanation of Benefits and if there is a balance to be paid, HOMELINK will send the enrollee a detailed bill explaining the charges
