SAMBA has enhanced our security features to fully protect your personal information. We now offer you a Universal Logon so that you can navigate our secure website with ease. The new Logon was effective 07/28/09.

Your Universal Logon ID will allow you to:

• Access your medical claim history
• Change personal information
• Pay your premiums

Credit and Debit Cards Now Accepted

SAMBA has made it easier to pay your bill online using our secure website. You now have the option of paying your bill online using your personal bank account or your Discover, Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card.

It´s easy as 1, 2, 3 to pay your bill online:

• Go to Member Services/Bill Pay.
• Logon using your Universal Logon.
• Select your method of payment (using your bank account or a credit/debit card*)and follow the prompts.
