Members can utilize telehealth services offered by their PPO or Non-PPO providers.
Regular cost sharing will apply based on the services you receive.

High Option
- PPO: You pay nothing for the first 2 visits per calendar year;
- $10 copayment per telemedicine service beginning with the 3rd visit
- (No deductible)
- Non-PPO: No benefit
Standard Option
