Members can utilize telehealth services offered by their PPO or Non-PPO providers.

Regular cost sharing will apply based on the services you receive.

Telehealth services are also available through Teladoc Health

PPO: You pay nothing for the first 2 visits per calendar year;
$10 copayment per telemedicine service beginning with the 3rd visit
(No deductible)
Non-PPO: No benefit

PPO: You pay nothing for the first 2 visits per calendar year;
$15 copayment per telemedicine service beginning with the 3rd visit
(No deductible)
Non-PPO: No benefit
